Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong has criticized the Department of Justice (DOJ) for its recent investigation into Polymarket, a cryptocurrency-based prediction market platform. Armstrong expressed frustration on social media, suggesting that the DOJ’s actions are politically motivated and could inadvertently strengthen Polymarket’s influence.
The UK government is reportedly focusing on crafting new crypto regulations that aim to bolster its competitive edge in the global digital assets market. This move comes as Donald Trump’s election win and his promise to make the US the crypto capital of the world has gained notable traction among traders. As the US appeal and its pro-crypto policies get attention, the UK is also accelerating its regulatory plans to reassure crypto businesses and attract global investment.
In the latest development in the In re Ripple Labs Inc Litigation, the court has granted an order in favor of defendants Ripple Labs, XRP II LLC, and CEO Brad Garlinghouse. The order came pursuant to a joint request by both parties to proceed for final judgment and a stay on the plaintiff’s class claims.

However, bulls might face roadblocks for a rally to $100K as analysts predict a pullback to $74,000 before hitting this milestone.
In an effort to further uplift market sentiment, leading crypto exchange Binance announced on Thursday that it is expanding offerings for three tokens. The crypto exchange revealed that it is listing new pairs for The AI Prophecy (ACT), Peanut The Squirrel (PNUT), and First NEIRO on Ethereum tokens, sparking investor curiosity. Meanwhile, the listed coins’ prices soared 3%-32%, signaling that the broader market reacted positively to the listings announcement.
